Iran Reported 1,757 New COVID-19 Cases, Emphasizing on Reduction in Deaths

The Iranian health ministry announced on Saturday that 1,757 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the country during the past 24 hours.

“1,757 more patients infected with COVID-19 virus have been identified in the country since yesterday based on confirmed diagnosis criteria,” Health Ministry Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said.

He declared that 325 new patients were hospitalized and 1,432 others were outpatients.

Jahanpour added that the number of coronavirus patients in Iran reached 118,392 people.
