“Now is the time for Taliban to take the coronavirus serious and avoid denying it; otherwise, it will be the responsibility of the group,” Sediqqi said.
He stressed that the increase in Taliban attacks in the past few weeks has led people to disbelieve in the peace process.
The President’s spokesperson noted that the peace process is still the government’s top priority and that the government hopes that the efforts of Afghanistan and its allies will pay off.
Referring to the process of distributing breads and complaining about the non-observance of health recommendations, he said that it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Health to provide the necessary health awareness to the people during the distribution of bread.
Sediqqi called on the bakeries and the public to consider all health issues during the distribution and receipt of bread.
