Afghan local officials say protesters have blocked the Takhar- Badakhshan highway following the killing of three civilians by the armed irresponsible people.
The spokesman of Takhar governor Jawad Hejri told Reporterly that clashes erupted between two armed irresponsible people on Monday and three civil were killed in the incident.”
In the meantime, Khalil Asir spokesman of Takhar Police said the clash was erupted in Khan Dasmal village.
He added that the protesters have the corpses on the highway and demand the arrest of the pprepatrators.
