Telecommunication service provider, Roshan, launched Afghanistan’s first ever Facebook customer service support service.
‘Chatbox’ is an automated messenger which pops up on the @RoshanConnects Facebook page with some pre-programmed queries such as how to check your credit, how to Top up and about M-paisa services. It is designed to help Roshan’s six million customers get support without going to a store.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Roshan reduced its in-person customer support centres. The Chatbox feature is already a hit with Roshan’s customers. It has already helped more than 8,000 customers seek support daily.
