Taliban’s Intelligence Chief Killed in Parwan: MoI

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) says the an intelligence chief of the Taliban group has been killed in Dare Ghorband area of Parwan province.

MoI in a press release said that security forces conducted an anti-terrorist operation in Daraz Gerd village of Ghorband on Monday.

According to the press release, the killed Taliban’s intelligence chief has been identified as Noor Muhammad known as Omari.

MoI added that Omari has also been involved in organizing terrorist attacks, particularly in bombings in Ghorband.
