At least three people were wounded as a result of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in PD16 of Kabul city, Police confirmed.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Interior, Ferdaws Faramarz said, “A Four-Runner vehicle hit by an IED in PD16 at around 11:10am on Wednesday.”
This comes as a suicide attack took place in Rishkhor area of Kabul city earlier in the day, leaving three killed and 15 injured.
