The Upper House of Parliament has introduced the Minister of Public Health, Firuzuddin Firuz and President’s top adviser Wahid Omar to the General Attorney Office.
The Senate House said the two officials introduced to AGO due to the lack of accountability to the Senators.
Afghan Senators have accused the Health Minister of failure in fight against the coronavirus and accused Wahid Omar for corruption in spending the budget allocated for the fight against the coronavirus.
This comes as the Upper House has repeatedly summoned the two officials, but they refused to attend the session for accountability to the Senators.
