Kabul: The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Tuesday reported 94 fresh positive cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in the last 24 hours.
The ministry also reported two deaths due to the virus and 25 recoveries from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
The total number of positive cases is now 56,873, the number of reported deaths stand at 2,512 and the total number of recoveries is 51,928.
The new cases were reported in Kabul, Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, Nangarhar, Paktia, Nimruz, Helmand, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Kunar and Laghman provinces.
