Local officials say Taliban militants launched attack on the center of Arghistan district of Kandahar province after two explosions today.
Local media reported that at least three Police forces were killed and four more were wounded in the attack.
According to the reports, the first explosion happened near Police HQ in the district at around 11:00am today.
The Kandahar Police chief, Ghorzang Afridi said the two explosions were caused by car bombs.

He added that Commandos and Police Special Unit have been deployed to the area and clashes are still underway.
