To ramp up the implementation of projects for construction of the Mazar-i-Sharif-Herat railway, the Surkhan-Pul-i-Khumri transmission lines, roads of various lengths and other infrastructure facilities in Afghanistan, Germany and Uzbekistan will begin to attract financial investors, as per a statement by Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan.
On Sunday, special representative of the president of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, met with special representative of the German government for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Markus Potzel and the two sides discussed about Tashkent Declaration which was signed earlier on March 27th.
