The spokesman for the Independent Election Commission (IEC) has announced the deadline for obtaining the election monitoring card.
Hafizullah Hashemi said in a press conference on Wednesday that all candidates, political currents and parties will have a deadline of Monday (15th October) to complete the entire credential process for monitoring the election day.
Hashemi has said that as of now, 12,000 observers from local organizations and nine observers from international organizations have received their credentials.
