Afghan local officials say a traffic accident took place in Sorkh Diwar area on Torkham-Jalalabad highway in a wedding ceremony in Nangarhar province today.
Ataullah Khogyani, the spokesman of Nangarhar governor said the incident happened when the bride’s vehicle collided with a Corolla type vehicle.
