Security forces have reported the release of a person from kidnappers in Herat province.
Ministry of Interior said in a statement on Monday that in an operation National Police freed an individual from kidnappers in Herat province.
According to ministry, the kidnapped person is Omid who was abducted few days back from Naw Abad area of PD13 of Herat province.
The kidnapped person was freed from the surrounding of Karokh district of Herat province, the ministry added.
The miniatry did not say about the arrest of anyone in connection to this incident.
