Afghan local officials say at least 41 Prisoners have been released from Farah jail due to the prevention of the coronavirus in the province.
The office of Farah governor in a statement said that the prisoners released based on President Ghani’s decree.
This comes as President Ghani has ordered the release of 10,000 prisoners in the country for the prevention of the coronavirus spread in the jails.
