Developing: Explosion in Front of MoCIT in Kabul City

It has been reported that the explosion that took place in Kabul city was in front of the ministry of communication and information technology.

Nasrat Rahimi, the spokesman for ministry of interior has confirmed the exploision saying that firing is heard from the area.
