Key Taliban Commander Killed in Farah

In a statement, the Ministry of Interior informed that a key commander of Taliban terrorists was killed during Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) joint overnight operation in Bakwa District of Farah.
The commander was identified as Mullah Haqyar and one vehicle used by the militants was destroyed during the operation.

Afghan National Police (ANP) detected a roadside bomb, placed by terrorists in the vicinity of the Nadir Shah Kot District of Khost, as per another statement of Ministry of Interior.

Moreover, on Friday, a key Taliban militant expert of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) making was arrested in an operation carried out by General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU) in Khashrod District of Nimruz.

Finally, during an operation, the General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU) arrested a man accused of helping Taliban terrorists in Chamtal District of Balkh.
