Security forces reported that 91 Taliban insurgents and 8 security forces were killed and wounded in Kandahar province.
Ministry of Interior in a statement said on Saturday that as a result of ANDSF joint operation in Shorabak and Registan districts of Kandahar province, 61 Taliban insurgents were killed and 30 others were injured.
The statement further added that, Taliban hideouts and vehicles were also destroyed in the operations.
