Five Security, Uprising Forces Killed in Taliban’s Attack

Afghan local officials have confirmed that at least five security and uprising forces were killed in Taliban’s attack in Badghis province.

The spokesman of Badghis governor, Najmuddin Borhani said, “The Taliban insurgents attacked security forces’ outpost at around 20:00pm on Friday night at a distance of 3 kms to Qades district.

According to Borhani, at least two national police, two uprising forces and one Police Special Unit soldier were killed in the attack.

He added that at least three Taliban insurgents were also killed and four others were wounded in the incident.
