The spokesperson also added that the Geneva conference on Afghanistan is not going to be donor countries making new pledges.
This comes after November being a month of focus on Afghanistan. Moscow also hosted the Moscow Peace Talks in early November which was attended by representatives of 13 countries as well by Taliban and Afghanistan’s High Peace Council’s representatives.
