Govt to Add More Restrictions to Kabul Lockdown

Following a surge in the number of positive cases of coronavirus in Kabul and the death of one person from the virus, the governor of Kabul said that the government will impose more restrictions in the city.

“We will arrest the violators and will put them in quarantine. We will also ask their employer to fine them,” said Yaqoub Haidari, the governor of Kabul.

According to the Ministry of Public Health, 10 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Kabul during the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the Kabul police headquarters the police will be more serious in enforcing the restrictions in the city.
