Five Key Members Of Taliban Insurgents Killed & Three Injured In Daikundi

Five key members of Taliban insurgents were killed and three others were injured in a clash with Afghan National Police (ANP).

The clash took place while a group of Taliban insurgents attacked Afghan National Police check post in Kejran district of Daikundi.

Additionally, Mir Sahib, a senior member of Taliban insurgents was arrested in an operation conducted by Afghan National Police (ANP) in Obe district of Herat.

Mir Sahib was the main planner and organizer of terrorist attacks in Obe district and as well as in different parts of the Herat.

In another news, the General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU) discovered and seized 200kg of explosives during a search operation in the vicinity of the Faiz Abad City of Badakhshan.

Three suspects were arrested on accusation of this seizure while they were transferring the explosives to Taliban terrorists.
GCPSU seized three rifles as well.
