The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Thursday reported 276 new positive cases of coronavirus out of 2379 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The ministry also reported 19 deaths and 276 recoveries from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
The total reported deaths from COVID-19 is 1,841 and the total number of recoveries is 37302.
The new cases were reported in Kabul, Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, Nangarhar, Takhar, Paktia, Kunduz, Baghlan, Parwan, Maidan wardak, Nimroz, Zabul, Laghman, Khost, Samangan, Uruzgan, Helmand and Faryab provinces.
