Local officials have reported the killing of 8 people and injuries of 11 others in an explosion in Jalalabad City.
Ataullah Khoghyani, Nangarhar Provincial spokesman told Reporterly that as a result of today’s explosion in surrounding of PD6 of Jalalabad city, 8 people were killed and 11 others were wounded.
Security officials had earlier reported the occurance of an explosion in Jalalabad of Nangarhar province.
Confirming the incident, Ahmad Farid Nangarhar provincial spokesman told Reporterly that some minutes ago an explosion happened PD6 of Jalalabad city.
