Kabul Has ‘Hazardous’ Air

According to air quality index (AQI) which is published for determining cities’ air quality, Kabul has topped the list with the worst air quality.

As of 18:00, December 3rd, at a score of 495, considered ‘hazardous’, Kabul has a severe situation for air quality.

The PM 2.5 count stands at 231.1 µg/m³. PM stands for particulate matter which can be categorised into PM 2.5 and PM 10, the former being more hazardous for health and air quality.
