The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says 281 new cases of the coronavirus have been registered in the country during the past 24 hours.
Wahid Majroh, the deputy of MoPH in a press conference on Tuesday said that with the registration of the new cases, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country reaches 4,963.
According to the health authorities, five patients died of the coronavirus and 36 other recovered during the past 24 hours.
This comes as the death toll from the coronavirus in the country reaches 127 with 610 recovered patients.
