Theresa May’s Brexit plan deal fails

British prime minister Theresa May’s Brexit plan deal has failed a mere 10 weeks before Britain was scheduled to leave the European Union. May’s deal failed to come up in the British parliament and was opposed by 230 votes.

The EU responded to deal failure by expressing that it was horrified by the defeat and proceeded to suggest that there was no other option for Britain but to renegotiate.
