Iran To Discuss Document For Comprehensive Cooperation With Afghanistan

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Abbas Araghchi is leading a high-level delegation to Afghanistan on Wednesday, where they will discuss the comprehensive cooperation document.

Iran’s state media reported that during Aragchi’s visit in Kabul, he would be meeting senior Afghan officials to work on the Document for Comprehensive Cooperation that will strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The document covers cooperation in fields such as economics, border management, foreign nationals, media, security, health, water and energy.

Araghchi is also due to attend a seminar on the perspective of Iran-Afghanistan relations, its challenges and opportunities at the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies.
