The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) has assisted Afghanistan a number of medical equipments.

MoPH in a press release said that the medical equipment and supplies were delivered to the ministry on Wednesday and included three ventilators, eight oxygen insulators, five pillars patient monitors, an ambulance, face masks, autopsy machine, an infusion machine, a thermometer and an oxygen regulator device that will be used to fight the coronavirus.
This comes as so far, 5,226 people have been infected with the coronavirus in Afghanistan, of which 132 have died and 648 have recovered.
