Speaking at a gathering in Kabul on Tuesday, Chief Executive Abdullah expressed that he would decide on the upcoming political event only after consultation with people.
CE Abdullah has also rejected the idea of a possible US proposal to postpone presidential elections, saying that the election will be held on due time.
Meeting with US Ambassador John Bass, Abdullah clarified that peace is separate from election.
Bass said that the US support timely presidential election, Abdullah’s office said in a statement.
